Founded Through Experience.
Driven by Purpose.
Ribbons of Many was created to help survivors, caregivers, and families feel supported through every part of the cancer journey. Our organization is built on compassion, community, awareness, and the belief that no one should walk through cancer alone.
We serve all cancers and all people by connecting community members to hope, education, resources, events, and opportunities to support one another.
OUR FOCUS AREAS
Awareness for Every Ribbon. Support for Every Person.
Founded through personal experience and a deep commitment to service, Ribbons of Many, Inc. was born from the belief that no one should face cancer alone. After her own cancer journey, founder Lavone Cook felt called to pay forward the love, care, and support she received by creating a movement that uplifts others. What began with a focus on breast cancer survivors has grown into a broader mission to support people impacted by many forms of cancer, including survivors, caregivers, families, and community members who want to make a difference.
Through educational programs, survivor and family support, volunteer engagement, partnerships, fundraising, and community events, Ribbons of Many works to create meaningful impact where it is needed most. The organization brings people together through awareness campaigns, health-focused initiatives, survivor celebrations, sponsorship opportunities, and compassionate outreach designed to encourage healing, connection, and hope. At its heart, Ribbons of Many is about many ribbons, one community, and a shared commitment to carrying hope forward.
